Here is my take on this. Mike believed things were imminent for the last 2 months. There have been a number of roadblocks for Caci getting this big order he has been saying is coming. Now it is so close that he is really busy getting ready for this thing to explode (or at least daze). Lots to be done before the Mai-Tais can be served. IMO
