Dr. Kim is a great manipulator of retail investors' mind. He pumped the company in another conference prior to placing the secondary, when the pps briefly hit the highs due to his savy talk. He then sold the soul to only sell shares cheaper than market. He is doibg this act again.

With 170 Million OS and climbing, RS is on the cards. Where are the Maxim and Piper jokers who set the price target ? I bet they helped their HF buddies on the secondary.
