Private placement holders that bought at .01 are now at a loss . The management will have to put out some type of fluff because I'm sure the phone calls will be pouring into their cell phones from angry investors . This just keeps getting worse and worse . They are afraid to put out the filings because it will do way more damage than they can get themselves out of . I'm sorry people I'm talking the way I see it . It's ugly . JMHO .
