If I was going to buy NeoMedia, I would:
1. Wait until after the 10Q
2. Call YA and buy the debt. A good offer would be $45M to YA. I wouldn't have to announce this or make any filings.
3. Start buying everything I can on the market. I could probably pick up 500M shares a month.
4. Wait until just before the next 10Q and meet with NeoMedia to tell them my intentions.
5. Privately, convert the debt to shares.
5. Announce a privatization with the open market premium at 2X of the previous day's close. That would allow me to buy the remaining shares for $3M.
