Okay now I have read the whole PR news that came in this morning. My understanding is Cirtran will not have to pay a Partner out of the Settlement money for royalties and other debt obligation. The royalties and debt obligation total a little less than 1.4 million. This is not a royalty settlement with PB.

If Cirtran and it partners are trying to workout royalties and debts obligations between themself before a settlement with Playboy. My opinion than they most definitely know something or have a feeling about, that is a Settlement on the honrizen. Why would Cirtran be ironing out their royalties and debts obligation now, so soon with their partners. They could be getting the pre-seem arguments out the way and not to hold the settlement money and distribution distributing operation of PBE Drinks up.

Cirtran was force into bankruptcy by PB and Playbev couldn't pay it share of debts and royalties for producing Playboy's Energy Drinks. Sounds like we shall have a settlement from PB sooner than later. I smell a large money storm heading our way. Involuing a money settlement and Cirtran continue on manufactoring PB Energy Drinks.
