EVCA: Checked with company...SEC & FINRA is the holdup, all paperwork has been filed in early March. They say they are not diluting, in fact officers bought shares. Said increase in A/S is for further acquisitions. American Rodsmiths is a done deal. After symbol and name change lots more news to come. Their words not mine..GLA
