The 1.4 mills is not Playboy settlement with Cirtran. Cirtran don't have to pay Playboy any royalities for the use of it name. Anyone can correct me if I'am wrong.

But I do know this is not the big SETTLEMENT from Playboy Enterprise to settle with Cirtran.

The Selling is the one's whom bought Cirtran shares at 8,9,10, and they are now trading Cirtran shares, also YA Global might be doing some dumping of shares. I sorry I didn't buy any of the shares when they drop to 8 and 9 so I could've trade them.

We have received good news today from Cirtran. The news is a plus against PB. We can count that as another Victory for Cirtran.
