No new developments on that front yet. Do we have a calendar for the mediation talks?

The only thing rustling in the grass is a letter to Special Master Vincent J. Poppiti about Micron's argument that crime-fraud exception applies to Rambus' nondisclosure of patents and patent applications in Delaware. Also the mediation conference scheduled for them Wednesday and Thursday, January 11 and 12, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. is canceled. Both are likely non-events.

How long do you expect we'll be in limbo with this mediation thing?
