SRSG EVERYONE MUST READ THIS...

Stock was down 70% yesterday based on an 8K out that announced an upcoming proposal to of a 200:1 RS on 4/15. On little volume!

Here is the kicker!!

As of March 28, 2013, the Registrant had outstanding 36,200,000 shares of Common Stock !!

OS is 75 MILLION!

float is around 6 million and last 10K states company looking for a merger: "We will continue to look for a merger candidate for our business."

After R/S, Float will be 30000 shares LOL! PPS was in pennies a few days ago. now .007's!
