Im curious to why you feel msft involvement would make google alter its current game plan. Even if msft settles and a rr of lets say 10% i dont think that would make the judge or google consider much. I think google is infringing on a whole lot of patents. And they know it and must fight it tooth and nail for anyone else who might be next in line.
