We he always answers my emails promptly too as he sometimes answers with his blackberry in less than 10 minutes and many others on this board too. I'm sure this debt concern will be addressed either by the CEO or the financials that will be posted.

I wanted to thank one of our shareholders for finally getting a response from the OTC. As a result we filed a "Late Notice" on their system which apparently was all we needed to do to cover the late 10K. Waiting for the audit team's review but we expect to have the filing in by the deadline.
