The original correction was sent on March 8th. The document on NYSDEC's ftp site *still* has the 'wrong' cover letter, by the way.

I thought the 'error' was caught 'immediately' and the correction sent 'over a month ago' (from April 4th, mind you).
But tonight I say, we must move forward, not backward; upward, not forward; and always twirling, twirling, twirling towards CFP!
