OK, well I appreciate the info but I'm already getting the stock name at 08:30 the same day when the promotion starts. The only problem is by the time you can execute a trade most of them are up at a very high % and it's to risky unless you wait for a big dip. If there was a way to get a notice like the day before closing that would be a big advantage. Hey, appreciate your help though.
