In " microcap-speak" I have observed that most predictions about future occurrences usually fall within three time frames, the first is seasonal(by summer,for example)or holiday related(by Christmas)or a rolling two weeks (we should have the financing in a couple of weeks). CTUM seems to be an exception to the rule.
