How? simple cause I have a clue man!! This company used shareholder cash to make debt holders huge returns on very small loans!! Lets put it this way, if I had loaned the money to TYRIA at the same deal the CEO and other got instead of buying the stock, my $30,000 investment would be worth millions today, assuming that I could get enough idiots to buy this garbage now!!! Instead my $30,000 investment lost $23,750!!! Remember how many could not figure out what the deal was with this company, it was pretty obvious that they kept the PPS down and ran shareholder to debt (bond) white washing job, and it worked!! They all got rich even at 17 cents they are millionaires for doing nothing!! Now the CEO just wants this thing to trade volume so he can retire on a beach and LHFAO at all the morons who got screwed here including myself!!! I am not going to lie to myself so i can feel good, I got taken and I lived and learn my lesson!!
