Yes, V! I believe that is accurate. There is current VOIP technology available for use on cell phones, like what VP offers. And, if LI becomes maditory for VOIP (there's that "if" you've been talking about), then yes, royalties would need to be paid by whomever is using it. Wether those fees are paid for by the network (AT&T, Sprint, TMobile etc...) and passed onto subscribers and in what amount, not sure, but yes, it could be astronomically HUGE for the LI patent owner.

You start playing with $numbers for VOIP Corp & subscribers impacted by LI (just LI, not even RBR & MG) globaly, then include potential cell phone VOIP subscribers (there are 6 billion cell phones currently used in the world today and more tomorrow) and it just gets crazy. That's why I say anything under 2 $Bill is robbery for this patent portfolio. Call me crazy, but I think that would be right around a pps of just under $6.
