Its not much money left of the bid. A lot are here holding hoping it wasnt coming to this. It is. So they account for many 2 bids. Its too many shares to do as it had in the past.

Then I guess there was plenty of warning from .0009 till today, for investors to not have lost so much. Its been everyday, and 100% accurate. The nice thing is it was here, right in front of you, with real data, to back each and every post.

Its only been since February 14th, when the S1(SCAM) was released. It was to help some.

Sorry guys, this S1 is not good news. Some will try to make it sounds more to hopefully not get trampled on the way out. 1B to 5B shares A/S with 2B going to be flooded out soon to pay a rather large junction against them. The time period that will probably be used will crush this pps, very soon. The asks will begin to really stack up and the bids will thin, as most will get close to naming their own price soon. ELAY should return to the ranks in which it came from. This is not a good play at all.

If you want to play it, play it. Thats up to you. But you will be playing against some very big odds. So it doesnt matter which side you are on here, the S1 and such a large increase in A/S will be a lot to overcome. The period of time for them to raise this money will make many have to compete against their own investment. Based on what has been filed, you are better off to wait until this is all over and the pps bottoms out without the need to raise capital for an injunction so quickly. Right now would be better to sit and watch from the outside, and then make a decision based on what the not good news, settles as far as a pps goes. 20 million on the ask and climbing every ten minutes.
