Ok.. those big 50% changes you're talking about are between .0001 and .0002.. Oh and by the way you can't sell at .0002 and buy at .0001 so what you are talking about is actually BAD for the investors haha

Fluctuations are good when there is trading.. Diluting is not considered trading in my book.

You're saying there is no R/S coming with over 13 BILLION SHARES OUTSTANDING?
