I,m not sure i have the answears your looking for, very little time cuz of my caregiver status (Ill wife). I,ll try to fill in some blanks on CDE and you can compare to USG, you will see many similarites.

Wheeler was CEO 1986-2011, Pres. 2003-2011, Consultant since 2011 and now Chairman of the board.

Going by memmory I owned CDE from 2002 untill 2007. The stock price stayed in the $1.50 to $4.00 area. While others I owned like GLG, NXG, WHT, GG had mostly decent to great gains. In May of 2009 CDE had a 1 for 10 stock split I think about $1.40 to $14.00 and from 686m to 68.6 m shares (89.9 mil. shares now). As I recall during the years I owned it we went thru financings, warrants, options, you name it. every time it looked like nows the time man. seemed to knock us down.

Look at what the presplit price in 2002 was and is now, $1-2 then and now $1.70 area. I see many similarites to our little USG maybe you will to.

If you need more history of CDE, google Wheeler ceo of CDE you,ll even see my last post there (have no idea how that happened).

Thanks for the work yor doing for us little guys. RC
