A bizarre filing where MMRF, for the second time, sought an extension to the time given to Walgreens to file an answer to the lawsuit.

1) the filing was written by MMRF

2) the goal of every defendant is to DELAY

Plaintiffs typically might not object to a delay sought by a defendant. But a plaintiff that twice files for a delay on behalf of the defendant is truly bizarre. IT betrays a very weak negotiating position. If any planitff suing me sought a "joint" stipulation that benefits me, I'll sign off on that 8 days a week.

But the point being, that the only references to any negotiations have come from MMRF. No one else.
