Newbie here. Learning from u all. MB has really picked out my mistakes in decadent fashion...sold big block several days ago at market. Dropped precipitously to .021. Yikes! Ur welcome for those cheapies. Also tried to sell a little for a flip couple days ago at .039. No profit. The MB called it. Did more DD and decided to go in on this for the long haul. Hope my slap on the ask at .045 Friday helped us all stay in the green.. All the best.
