We are dictated by the market. The market says we are worth 3.15 right now. That takes into account all the thoughts, greed, fear, guesses and guesses, on this , and all other boards, not to mention the people that don't read them, the insiders, the institutions, and every one else. We are worth what the market says we are worth. When more info is out there the market will adjust the price accordingly.
