I spoke with Jennifer who had some type of administration position. Possibly involved in bookkeeping as well. I got the impression that the call center handles all of the phone calls and directs one to their appropriate destination. Correct, their headquarters are located in Irvine, CA but they are not entirely in charge of customer service phone traffic. I am tempted to call again and see if I can leak some information regarding their audited financial statements.
