Try calling affiliates. They arent Intl calls so all of our phones CAN call.
Also I for one will not post any e-mail I receive that says its confidential at the bottom but you can get your own e-mails from home depot customer care. The Home Depot WILL actually respond immediately (same day)unlike Tag's phantom e-mails.

just respecting the rules and laws.
I spoke to affiliates/co's in Colorado and Texas and the production facility in Salem, ALL said that they were very busy and could barely keep up with orders.
