The Spirit of Innovative Capitalism and Product Development

What are the elements at work with NanoLogix that deserve recognition and admiration as important advances in the diagnostic and medical supply fields? Although there was a strange suggestion recently that the Company somehow ought to be viewed negatively due to its development of another new diagnostic technology I find that to be a very odd perspective. It seems to me that NanoLogix has pulled together an exciting mix of critical technologies.

What does that mix include? Let's begin with the patented packaging technology, then move onto the Japanese patent on the BNP and the legal protections it provides. Following immediately on the heels of that BNP patent protection is the announcement that NanoLogix has worked with a key research lab to develop the assay technology and reduce diagnostic time to 30 minutes. Along with this is the increasing ability to detect TB, Group B Strep, E-Coli, Anthrax and numerous other deadly or debilitating diseases with sufficient specificity that focused and tailored antibiotic interventions are enabled at a time when generic antibiotic treatment is creating "superbugs".

This is the true spirit of capitalism, ongoing product development, and building a company on a strong foundation. The fascinating thing about technological breakthroughs is that some people look at them after the fact and say "that was obvious" but the way our world works is that most things are obvious only after they have become accepted and a real innovator has made them obvious. Here, NanoLogix, working closely with major institutions, has achieved the groundwork for what seem likely to be tremendous and life-saving advances. I can only admire those who have played important roles in making this happen and say "Thank You".

What NanoLogix is doing is the best of the spirit of true Capitalism. We should respect rather than insult the innovative "can do" inventiveness of our honest entrepreneurs.
