autotel....on point number 2 concerning the NOL orders, trading of preferred and common shares were suspended because of the 5 percent rule and their classification as equity.(that is, the rule that states no more than 5 percent of the company's equity can change hands to retain NOLs) However, CT's have, and are also being used to preserve NOLs. CT's are classified as old cold debt. Therefore, because of the classification as debt, the 5 percent rule does not apply to CT's which is why CT's were not included in the NOL cease trading orders. They are being used as old cold debt to preserve NOLs though.
