I bought my first 10000 shares of preferred (FNMAS) after I learned the idea from Bruce Krasting in 2009.

My observation is that Washington will never let an opportunity that the insiders can make tons of money slip away. So my bet is that both preferred and common will make significant money in the coming days/years. All the game in Washington is nothing but insider trading.
