Viking--If the S1 "dilution" takes place at over a dollar a share it may not be dilutive. And we don't really know that any sale of shares will take place at all. Therefore IMO it may be fun to make precise earnings calls, but it really makes no sense. None of us knows w/in a range of 25 cents.
