Being too early in an investment can cost all. Most of the time it takes years to execute a business-plan and during those years the dilution effect is felt the most. But the question always will remain: What is the right moment to join the party. Being right and becoming right can be a rollercoaster. As with any other company, the past brings with it some frustrated shareholders who have given up or lost most of their investment and this then of course leads to tensions towards a management. Why did I decide to enter the party? I guess it is the stage of the cycle they are in. The so-called early stage of development is long behind the second stage of development as well. The range of products has been presented and is shipped to stores and ready that more productes are shipped to stores. During this cycle of course a company still needs funding to refinance the end production to pay for advertising and more, however from here on it is rather easy to predict that the period of dilution is coming to an end. The way I do see it, AAPT entered ow the stage of execution that will create the necessary revenues so as to refinance in the future the ongoing business through their cash-flow. Besides that; AAPT has more going for it than we think: The title: All American Pet Compay - the All American ... should not be underestimated. If and when the quality of their products are holding strong in a cross-comparison with product of other companies, USA consumers could opt for the brand "All American" being this out of patriotism or other reasons but one never ever should underestimate that. So then again, there is never a perfect timing for entering in an investment but their are guidances that could make the decision process easier. You write down the negativum and you write down the positivum and then you ask yourself, at what stage of the business-cycle are we in. If you get more positive points, the timing may not be bad to accumulate. I would say; most of the fortunes have been made by trying to see, what others cannot see any longer. In a way you can have 2 hypes: On the downside and on the upside: A cheap bottom you will only get if one is in the give-up period and an inflated high if everybody wants to join the party. From this point of view I feel safe here and mentally have accepted a bottoming range of a certain that who could take weeks. In the meantime I am waiting to see the 10Q so as to learn, what has happend so as to complete some open questions on my list.
