There is non-stop discussion of dividends and a float of 30,000 shares. In the unlikely event that the company declares a diidend, payments will go to not only the holders of the 30,000 shares but the holder of the 600,000 shares as well.

Also, to calculate market cap, 630,000 shares are used NOT 30,000.
