I have watched Seafarer's video a few times. Have you? I believe its from Lantana, judging the highrises in the distance.
@ 5:40 of the video the captain Troy Testa, a master diver and his partner climb into the boat and state 'somebodies been out here blowing holes.. with a torpedo". Its captioned at the bottom as well.

That's the equivalent of bank robbers pulling a successful "heist" and then calling the cops to tell them where they and the money are.

Seafarer is preparing to begin digging and identifying the wreck. Items found and documented on this site in past explorations by third parties suggest the wreck could be a French or Spanish ship from the late 1600s. It will require more work to determine with accuracy. So somebody had to 'work' it.

IF Troy Testa was right about the horse bone, it solves a compelling mystery. We now know where the rest of the horse from the Godfather ended up.
