Dont worry about the lawsuits, most of them are not even real.
Think of it from a business aspect if you were a lawfirm. You hear of a biotech company that just had a recall. You see their stock plummet 90%. Clearly investors are hurt and you want business. So you post a tabloid saying whats going on and that you have some many clients that are with you... blah blah blah.
Its advertising that you need to look for to see if they are real or not. Look at the most current "lawsuit" go on google and search AFFY past hour, the only thing you will see is the Law firm that has posted on soo many sites. They are looking for investors.
