Oh i didn't even know about that.

I was referring to the settled lawsuit where a company member became a whistle blower because of not wanting to be involved in fraud.

Misrepresenting the financials.

The person was fired because he wouldn't do it.

He won a lawsuit and got half a million and his job back.

I think it is hard for a company to come back into the eyes as good when in the past they purposely misrepresented there financials
