Well thanks for the drama but that is NOT the case. The news said yesterday they delivered pizza to the home office. Who was that for? The ghost of photographers passed? The news also stated the parking lot was full of employees cars but nobody would come to the door.
And FYI there is/was customer service. I got a call from them myself. A customer complained because I wouldn't let them buy 2 AOs.
OI is still there too. I' emailed back and forth with her before
I left my studio on Monday.
I agree they don't have the staff they once did but rest assured they DO have that place staffed. They just don't want to deal with anyone. Them ignoring us does not equal them not being there.
I think anyone who thinks the WiLife cameras are a joke needs to go ahead and steal. Lets see how that works out for you when they review the cameras .
