Just got off the phone with etrade. They said it could be 4-6 weeks before we get anything. She also informed me that she has seen instances with penny stocks where they NEVER issue the shares they promised and since this is an OTC stock the regulations do not require them to do so. So I asked her theoretically FITX may never issue the shares and her response was yes in which case after 6-7 years the shares that we own are just liquidated and we recieve nothing. Please feel free to call your own broker to verify what I was told. This of course is the worst case scenario I would hope they wouldn't stoop so low.
