Based on my recent conversation with Adam Friedman, KBR has to send a memo/letter to the FDC confirming the technology of the Biomass conversion has been proven. He stated that it "has" been proven, and there are "no" concerns there, just getting KBR to get that info out, might drag a bit.

Then, the Louisiana deal is moving slower than they'd like, but it is underway... the land that they need to purchase is a "family" deal, and getting everyone to agree etc. is a stumbing block, but he thinks that will soon be finalized.

Hopefully, they can file their reports soon, and get off the "no information" list. That is also underway, but may take a few weeks.

I think (imo only) the stock may still come down a bit... I actually am hoping it comes down a good bit more, as I would like to accumulate a good bit more. I'm in the process of selling other non moving stock and hope to be ready for adding.
