Good idea DYK, How else can anyone in there right mind estimate if MMR can become viable. I don;t really like the fact that litigation is being promoted as some sort rev stream. It clearly is not at this moment in time. They supposedly have several licensing deal under their belts so how about they give us an aggregate $ amount and not reveal how many deals they have done. This will protect them from revealing whatever individual price tailoring they have made per client.
