The problem I see is that we may have to wait until the April 16th CC to find out what their plans are if we were to, by some chance, get a no vote. Financially, for the company, a no vote throws a lot of things up in the air. We might get a small pop on a no, but I'm wondering what it will mean long-term. In the short-term, it's kind of a lose/lose situation for shareholders.
