Whether or not there was effective tout in 2012 is irrelevant to our present situation.

First of all, the share price is lower than it was most of last year. Second, a lot of the problems that occured during that time have been corrected, and the company has a lot less debt now.

One who has experience with pennies that are touted, knows that the lower the share price is at the beginning, the more dramatic the effect that a tout has with regards to percentage increase in share price.

A good example of this is the recent information I gave about ITXN. It was .0033 on Tuesday, then opened at 7 cents on Wednesday with a high of 35 cents that same day.
