Look anytime a company bungles a submission its on mgt. 99.9 % of these are decdied within 120 days by the FDA. DARA's is the .01%......it is likely the FDA wants to approve it but mgt. probably did a very poor job of establishing they met the criteria and were asked to amend. That is on mgt.. Could be wrong but doubt it.....
