Maybe so..... Trade them for what they are worth, and not go too deep into them. I do not care to spend super DD on stocks at this PPS. IMO

In accordance with the terms of the merger agreement, each common share of Rangemore Productions Corp. has been converted into one PREFERRED SHARE of Rangemore Film Productions Corp. in exchange for all the assets, liabilities and operations of Rangemore Productions Corp.

That's all I have and well we will see how much further we go.....I go by what they say, even if is a fluff.....No fundamentals in pinkies. What can you expect when you are paying this PPS? Cheers.
