The touts WERE effective. The fact that subsequent situations caused share price to drop is NOT an indicator as to how effective a tout was.

If you read my post from a couple days ago, you would have noticed that ITXN's share price was .0033 on Tuesday, and it opened at 7 cents the very next day with a high of 35 cents for that day. The trader's job obviously is to take advantage of a price move like that by buying at a lower price than they sell.

Whether or not the share price REMAINS high is actually irrelevant as to the effectiveness of a tout service.
But then again, those experienced at penny stocks would already know this.

Some really good advise about stock trading is to NOT 'fall in love' with any particulare stock. Such emotion tends to diminish, and in some cases, destroy potential profits that could have been realized with a more objective view. You have to be willing to 'dump' a stock when it is most advantageous to do so.
