They decided to stop Shorting it

My bet is without the MM 50% shorting, there is very little demand to trade the stock, most longs know what they own and the potential that this company has to go viral with their apps. Great business model with excellent profit margins and in mega market sector of mobile voip and telco.

If they stop shorting, the price will fly once real investors see that are going to have to pay up and this time the price is not coming back down.
