OK, I will admit that he has gotten money outa the LUBBOCK area oil patch..first by selling them a non-existent Cancer related bogus distributorship and counting the proceeds as REVENUE while settling them with worthless shares, which were later diluted 1 for 10.....then borrowing another pile from the same area which is what he is now using for operating funds, paying himself and his son nice salaries and himself bonuses.
And has gotten himself the most compliant "independent" (LOL)BOD known to man or beast.
But he has failed to sell PP shares..the most urgent thing on the CDEX agenda. Heck they say so themselves..in EVERY FILING.
