What I would like to see after reading the news on IBCL back to 2001, Is a News re, saying: IBCL is capable of.. and has # products... and INTENDS to (Within Reason)... and this will kind'a clean the Public slate...
... Cause right NOW if they do have products that will help in the bio-terror arena... then they should boldly make the public aware of what they true-ly have to offer.

Headline: Company recently halted by SEC DOES in FACT possess these products.... screw it.. I'm ready to sink or swim on this deal...
