Earlier this month there was a MM exhibiting strange behavior which could have been construed illegal and brettin (and others) made a complaint to the SEC. The complaint centered around SEVU transactions. The behavior changed almost immediately and then brettin uncovered this recent information, again centered around SEVU transactions.

Therefore, it is very on topic.
