"The Company is party to a concession agreement with the City of New York for the operation of the Downtown Manhattan Heliport (the “Heliport”), which expires on October 31, 2018. Under this agreement, the Company must pay the greater of 18% of the first $5 million in program year gross receipts and 25% of gross receipts in excess of $5 million or minimum annual guaranteed payments that began at $1.2 million in Year 1 of the agreement, which commenced on November 1, 2008, and will increase to approximately $1.7 million in Year 10 of the agreement.
