There may be nothing wrong with the common shares but there is a perception out there that there is something wrong. Until that cloud is lifted the stock may not move up much. Don't forget, the market already knows that the first quarter earnings will be great. The CEO has already said that. Can u imagine if Intel said next quarters earnings will be blow out . The stock would be up 10 points in a day
