once again, Tag can't answer the question, instead he posts the standard response to all SEC inquiries with a caveat that says,
"As a result, we will be unable to confirm whether an investigation exists"
If an investigation did exist then corporate counsel would force a filing that says, that ECOB is under investigation. Neither the SEC nor the Corporate Counsel has posted this kind of information.
But, Tag would have all of us believe that one exist, simply because it does in his mind.
