I believe you are right. JB and his son are soaking up the money and are an expensive liability that CDEX does not need. After the BK, which JB has some expertise at doing, he has exhausted his usefulness.

WADE is no doubt providing him with his lines that he utters and writes about the BOOLSHEET IG4. JB has no expertise in that.

CDEX is a goner...just a matter of time.
